Investissement Portal
The HubTrack Life® Investment Portal provides prospective and existing participants with a secure environment to review investment opportunities, complete investor onboarding requirements, submit participation requests, review documentation, and manage their relationship with HubTrack Life®.
To protect the confidentiality of investors and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-client (KYC), and investor suitability requirements, access to certain information and participation processes is restricted to registered members.
Investment Participation Process
Participation in HubTrack Life® investment opportunities follows a structured process designed to ensure transparency, regulatory compliance, and efficient onboarding.
Create Your Member Account
You must first create a secure member account to access the Investor Portal (less than 5 minutes).
Your account allows you to:
• Save your progress
• Access investor documentation
• Complete onboarding requirements
• Submit participation requests
• Track your application status
• Receive important updates and communications
Step 1 — Complete Investor Onboarding
Once you have created your member account, you must first complete the Investor Onboarding Form (10 à 15 minutes).
This process collects information required for:
• Investor identification and verification
• Anti-money laundering (AML) compliance
• Know-your-client (KYC) compliance
• Investor suitability assessment
• Regulatory recordkeeping requirements
Information may include:
• Personal information
• Investor profile information
• Source of funds information
• Source of wealth information
• Identity verification documents
• Electronic certifications and signatures
Step 2 — Conflict Disclosure & Investor Declarations Form
Participants are required to review, acknowledge, and accept certain disclosures, statements, and confirmations relating in particular to (5 to 10 minutes):

These acknowledgements help ensure transparency and informed participation.
Step 3 — Participation Subscription Form
Before completing the Participation Agreement, participants must complete an initial Participation Subscription form (5 to 10 minutes).
This stage allows investors to:
• Confirm participation interest
• Select participation amounts and basic subscription conditions
• Access to final investment procedures and granting of Participation ID (unique code per participant et per participation)
Last Step Before Investing — Compliance & Eligibility Review
The submitted (1) Investor onboarding form, (2) Conflict Disclosure & Investor Declaration Form, and (3) Participation Subscription Form are reviewed by HubTrack Capital inc. (less than 48 hours, depending on level of review).
Additional information or supporting documentation may be requested when necessary.
Applicants will be notified once their investor profile review has been completed.
Step 4 — Secured Convertible Participation Agreement Review & Acceptance
Once approved and provided with full access to the investment portal with the granted Participation ID, participants may complete the Participation Subscription process (15 to 45 minutes).
This stage allows investors to:
• Review and agree to applicable subscription terms and risks
• Select participation amounts
• Execute participation documentation electronically
Step 5 — Capital Contribution
Once subscription documents have been accepted, approved participants will receive capital contribution instructions and related funding information (within the next 24 hours following the reception of the accepted Participation Agreement).
Funding instructions are communicated securely through the Investor Portal and designated communications channels.
Step 6 — Confirmation & Investor Access
Following receipt and acceptance of participation documents and capital contributions, investors receive confirmation and access to investor resources available through their Investment Portal (immediately upon reception of funds).
Available resources may include:
• Investment updates
• Project updates
• Investor communications
• Participation records
• Investor documentation

Information submitted through the Investor Portal is used solely for legitimate business, compliance, regulatory, investor relations, and participation administration purposes.
Access to investor information is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers involved in the administration of HubTrack Life® investment activities.
